Ribs came out fabulous! Uses sauce as base for rub (probably won’t again – too messy). Also used Sublime Swine rub which is my new favorite for ribs. At about 3 hours I slathered some dark brown sugar on them and then at 3 and half hours I put a 1:1 mix of pineapple juice and sauce on them. They were perfect sticky, juicy and fall off the bone .. no leftovers.
